GreenMech In a shock move – relatively speaking – GreenMech has announced the new ECO 135 woodchipper range, which is squarely aimed at price-conscious arborists, landscapers and rental markets. Initially available in two models –
the ECO 135 road tow and the ECO 135TT as a 360o
turntable road tow –
the new range has been designed to be cost-effective to build and easier to run and maintain. The range retains many of
GreenMech’s popular features, such as horizontal rollers, a no-stress feed system and twin disc-blade chipping technology. All of this combined with a new flywheel design that provides impressive throughput for a machine of its size. Power is delivered by a 24hp Loncin petrol engine, and both
models can be specced to suit applications and budgets. Options include a variable height discharge chute, spare wheel, stowage
box and the GreenMech ‘HushChip’ pack, which provides additional component protection and reduces noise output. LED lighting is another option. The new machines are already in production, with all models
benefiting from a three-year no quibble warranty and the back up service and support from a nationwide dealer network.
