EXILE extends CTS offerings with FREEStyler XL and FREEStyler MHM

XILE Technologies has released two new versions of its popular FREEStyler computer to screen
The first has a new extended bed option which offers support for larger screen sizes over one metre tall. The second is an MHM compatible pin registration version which has been showcased previously at P&P LIVE! FREEStyler XL incorporates an all new extended flatbed that allows greater flexibility in screen positioning while continuing to support a tri-loc compatible three point mechanical registration system. The new design accommodates screen frame heights over 40in (105cm) high by 26in (66cm) wide. By comparison the standard FREEStyler model supports screens up to 36x26in. The new FREEStyler MHM option also uses the new extended bed design and incorporates the same MHM
J & B to distribute Brotherʼs GTX DTG printer

& B Sewing Machine Company has been announced as a UK distributor for the all new Brother GTX.
At a private viewing in Brotherʼs European Headquarters in Germany, J & Bʼs managing director Robert Miller was impressed with what he saw. Mr Miller, who has been selling Brother printers since 2005, believes that the new Brother GTX has taken a quantum leap forward. He says: “Brother in Japan has spent many years developing and evolving their DTG printers to bring us to this point with the all new

GTX. It is quieter, faster, has much lower maintenance requirements, and produces sharper, brighter and softer feel prints.”
Mr Miller is pleased that Brother has taken on board customer concerns regarding maintenance, and the new wet capping, circulating white ink system will ensure a trouble free ownership. He adds: “I believe that the system Brother is using will answer all the issues that DTG users have had with blocked nozzles causing poor quality printing.”

The idea for the name label machine evolved after intensive development of the instant colour printing machine from Epson.
He adds: “Large scale embroiderers have been holding school shops to ransom for far too long. With the development of my instant colour printing machine from Epson, the days of retailers waiting to get there uniform embroidered will be over and school uniforms will much cheaper.” Mr Baines expects this printer to make a big impact in the name label market place.
