F
reconstruction, i-Sub has moved into a new facility, more than tripling its previous floor and warehouse space in order to exhibit and
demonstrate an extensive range of products. With two showrooms dedicated to all things wide format − from Digi-Foil to 3.2m wide UV printing – and all applications covering textile printing, i-Sub has everything perfectly presented, with enough space for customers to get the best view of the
machines in operation. Managing director, Andy Spreag, said: “Our popular and innovative own-brand Digi-Foil produces amazing foil effects without the high cost and time constraints of traditional hot foiling methods. Weʼve got a lot to show and talk about and our new building is the perfect
showcase for everything in our portfolio.”
Potential i-Sub customers will also be given the chance to see the new facility themselves at a series of open days which will take place at the end of October, with exact dates to be confirmed in due course. Mr Spreag added: “After more than 15 years dealing with us,

Crystal Galleries introduces 3D engraving W
ith a significant investment in equipment, software and training, Crystal Galleries is introducing 3D engraving – the new revelation to create an image, design, logo or text in three dimensions.
This is a huge step forward in the industry that provides a brand with an item that is sure to leave a positive lasting message with customers.
This technique can also be offered across a wider range of products, with a higher quality finish and in shorter lead times than ever before. Director of Crystal Galleries, Jeremy Lowes, said: “Whilst we have always provided 3D engraving, the

technology available until now has limited what we are able to offer. This internal upgrade means we can create so much more. The higher quality in particular means that we can recreate even complex objects
such as engines and buildings alongside the more traditional crests and logos.” Commenting on what this means for his customers, Mr Lowes added: “Because we can engrave more products and get them to our customers within a week in most cases, we believe that 3D engraving will become a more viable option for their clients. Previously, the long time frames and limited shapes of blocks meant the technique didnʼt always suit the fast paced and ever changing nature of the market. Now, we can combine 3D with other techniques such as full colour printing and traditional engraving to create products that meet the end usersʼ unique requirements.”
