FESPA Review
Couldn’t make it to FESPA? Take a look at what you missed…
Visitors to FESPA 2018 really were spoilt for choice when it came to the amount of product innovation that was exhibited during the four-day event. Here we run through a small selection of what was on display.
Epson
This year Epson demonstrated a comprehensive range of equipment and applications, including the Monna Lisa industrial textile press, the SureColor SC- F9300 dye sublimation printer and the new SureColor SC-F2100 direct to garment printer, as well as the established and popular SureColor SC-F6200. Taking centre stage on the stand was the latest collection from fashion designer Richard Quinn, who recently won the inaugural Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design.

Adelco
Adelco chose to launch three new products at FESPA – the Pro-Cure textile drying system, the Matrix oval screen printing system and the AD Hybrid Digital, an attachment for the Matrix.
The new Pro-Cure dryer range is available in five belt widths with any length of oven for all digital and conventional textile ink systems. Features include; dual lint filters, oven feed and exit extraction hoods and advanced airflow and exhaust sytems.
The Matrix is a modular and expandable screen printing system that can be configured for almost any production requirement, with an almost infinite number of pallets and print stations. The AD Hybrid Digital features eight CMYK Fujifilm spectra star fire heads.
Impression Technology
The new DTG QM8 was the talk of the town on Impression Technologyʼs stand. It has been designed with one thing in mind – speed.
Using the latest piezo print head technology, the DTG QM8 is a high-speed production ready garment printer that brings cost effective ink management with superior colour to mass decoration volume requirements.
DTG QM8 Brother
Visitors to FESPA were able to see a number of accessories for the Brother GTX and GT-3 on display. The new Pretreat-Line makes it possible to make up to 250 shirts ready-to-print per hour. The new Projector- System enables users to see the printfile on the plate before you print to save time and test prints. While the Acculine camera allows for perfect alignment on pockets and more, by taking pictures of the area to be printed so the graphic can be positioned accurately.
Ghost

| 56 | July 2018
Visitors to Ghostʼs stand were impressed by not one, but two game-changing products. Ghost White Toner works by replacing the black toner cartridge to turn any laser printer into a white toner printer. While Ghost Sublime Toner transforms a HP laser printer into a sublimation printer by replacing the standard CMYK toner cartridges with Ghost Sublime Toner CMYK.
