The Hotronix Pro Place IQ
VersaOBJECT MO-240 Roland DG
The new VersaOBJECT MO-240 is Roland’s advanced UV fl atbed printer. It allows users to reproduce small letters, fi ne textures, graduations and colour-matched graphics with ease. It features touchscreen control and easy-to-use VersaWorks software. Also unveiled at the show was the VersaOBJECT CO-i Series of
fl atbed UV printers, the VersaSTUDIO BD-8 versatile UV printer, and the VersaSTUDIO BY-20 water-based printer that utilises the DTF transfer method.
The Hotronix Pro Place IQ was unveiled at FESPA on the Stahls’ stand. This system features a patented projection alignment system to ensure perfect logo placement on every garment. Simply upload your artwork, and at the touch of a button, watch your design project onto the lower platen, simplifying alignment, speeding up production, and reducing waste from misprints. This makes it easier to place the heat transfer on the garment. On the show fl oor it was teamed with the Hotronix Dual Air Fusion heat press.
DTF MultiCut Pro Secabo
On Secabo’s stand visitors were able to see the brand new DTF MultiCut Pro. It allows for precise cutting of printed materials and allows users to maximise productivity without sacrifi cing quality. It features a cutting width of up to 640mm and a length of 880mm. The DTF MultiCut Pro is the ideal solution for businesses seeking a cost-effi cient yet precise in-line cutting solution. Designed to seamlessly integrate into a user’s production process, this machine optimises workfl ows, reduces downtime, and boosts productivity.
F1612 flatbed cutter Summa
The Summa stand at this year’s FESPA focused on workfl ow automation. This included automatic textile feeding with the Caron Cradle feeder and workfl ow automation on the F1612 fl atbed cutters.
Also demonstrated live at FESPA for the fi rst time was the S Class 3 TC160 vinyl cutter. This showcased fast and meticulous tangential knife cutting technology.
Vanguard Europe
The VKR3200-HS roll-to-roll printer made its European debut at FESPA this March. This printer is capable of handling single rolls of 3.2m or any two-roll confi guration of up to 1.6m. This printer delivers phenomenal quality for banner, static cling, wall covering and other fl exible materials.

The Vanguard VK3220T-HS, which had its global launch at FESPA in 2023 was also showcased on stand. During the event, the printers utilised environmentally-friendly materials such as SignAgain recycled boards and Kavalan PVC-free frontlit banner.
