Xpres Epson SC-F2200

New DTF solutions

Xpres is continuing to expand its DTF offering with the Epson SC-F1000 and SC-F2200 hybrid DTG/DTF printers, Roland VersaSTUDIO BY-20 DTF printer and Mimaki TxF300-75 DTF printer. The Epson SC-F1000 and SC-F2200 are ideal for businesses looking to utilise the fl exibility of changing between DTG and DTF printing technologies.

By offering white ink, they allow users to DTG print onto dark and light fabrics, as well as DTF. It combines Epson’s PrecisionCore Micro TFP print head technology with NVT (nozzle verifi cation technology), and uses Epson’s UltraChrome DG2 inks, reducing bleed from yellow and black while offering a vivid colour profi le that emphasises richness.

With both DTG and DTF capacity, the SC-F1000 and SC-F2200 have the fl exibility to print on a wide range of fabric types enabling customers to print on products including T shirts, hoodies, bags, sweatshirts, and cushions, making them ideal for providing in-store printing in real-time.

The new Roland VersaSTUDIO BY-20 is the ultimate desktop DTF printer. Simple to use, reliable and effi cient, the BY-20 makes decorating apparel and accessories with vibrant, detailed graphics quick and easy, even for those with no printing experience. Plus, with the integrated contour-cutting functionality, you can produce heat transfer graphics from PVC sheets, all on a single, affordable compact device.

With its user-friendly operation, fast print speeds, and intuitive software, the VersaSTUDIO BY-20 makes designing and creating customised apparel easier than ever. You can also transfer your graphics to a wide variety of materials, including cotton, polyester, denim, nylon, rayon, and more. The VersaSTUDIO BY-20 direct to fi lm workfl ow is a quick and easy four-step process, with no weeding or masking required. Roland DG offers the printer, transfer fi lm, powder, and inks (each sold separately) for a complete solution. The TxF300-75 has been shown to increase productivity by 300% compared to the existing TxF150-75 model, further establishing Mimaki as a leader in textile and apparel printing solutions. Embodying the same core functionalities as the TxF150-75, the TxF300-75 promises safe and stable operation while increasing productivity. There are a number of integral features on this incredible machine for seamless operations including a degassed ink pack which stops air from entering through to the ink supply to the print head, preventing nozzle drop out and ensuring constant high image quality.

The new White Ink Circulation Technology (MCTv2) is designed to prevent white ink sedimentation by continuously circulating the ink all the way to the damper above the print head for continuous high-quality production. This combines with a three-way intelligent heater which controls the spread of ink on the media for blur free images. There is also a new pinch roller system which provides fi ne-tuned pressure from pinch rollers enabling stable DTF fi lm feeding.
