rom the exhibitors’ point of view the co-location was a very positive experience. Having the two events co-locate brings a new audience to both. But what did the visitors think of
the co-location?
More than half (57.1%) of those who primarily visited P&P LIVE! found the co-location beneficial, while on the other side of the coin more than two thirds of visitors to SD UK found the co-location with P&P LIVE! beneficial. One P&P LIVE! respondent commented: “It's not something we do but it was still interesting to have a little look around and would be very beneficial if we
move into that side of things at some point in the future so I would like it to be available again next year.” While one SD UK respondent said: “It was a new experience for me.” There is good synergy between the two shows, with a fair number of businesses already active in both sectors, however, the number of crossover attendees, were much higher than we anticipated. It’s clear that the opportunity to learn more about and to tap into the business opportunities on display across the two events, wasn’t missed by our visitors.

Nearly half of this year’s respondents said they will definitely return in 2025, while another 22% said it was very likely that they would return. This confirms the continuing appeal of the show and its value as an annual event that keeps our visitors coming back for more!

early three-quarters of our visitors said they were either very likely to or would definitely recommend Printwear & Promotion LIVE! as the exhibition to visit. As anyone will testify nothing beats positive word of mouth and if our visitors had a great time, our survey shows they will definitely tell others in the industry about it! Word of mouth travels fast!
