The ultimate solution for transfer production

Qu4D

TheMagicTouch offers DTF transfer technology with the existing 60Pro 2x head and the new Qu4D 4x head printers with automatic fi nishing options offering varied production capabilities and pricing to suit all demands and expectations.

DTF transfers can be applied to almost any garment, any colour, on almost any fabric or material, are durable, stretchable, and very cost effective. Plus, no pre-treatment or weeding required.

The new 4x head Qu4D model is the ultimate solution for transfer production producing more than 25 metres an hour of ready to apply transfers at a cost per transfer being the lowest ever! The company also introduces a new environmentally friendly recycled DTF paper-based transfer option. This paper innovation improves the sustainability and eco-credentials of this growing transfer technology. Using a developed plastic free coating together with the water-based inks makes the new offering very different. Developed for high ink absorption, vivid colours and high transfer rates resulting in a softer feel and outstanding durability. Advantages include lower cost per transfer, removal of potential static issues, no oil residues and lower curing time helping to reduce energy costs.

In addition, the company offers the new DTF desktop BY-20 entry-level printer from Roland DG. This unique compact design, easy to use solution is perfect for the low-medium transfer production demands. Jim Nicol, managing director, said: “With over 30 years’ experience with transfer technology we are equipped to serve and support the right solution to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.”
