Focus on DTF Printing Sabur

Sabtex DTF machines for reliability One of the best conversations at P&P LIVE! this year was about reliability in DTF machines. It’s become Sabur’s number-one priority (along with value, speed and quality of course), across the entire Sabtex range.

Sabtex SD-70 DTF printer

Reliability is built in to the entry-level Sabtex SD-30 DTF solution – a printer, dryer/shaker and extraction handling transfers of 4sq m at six pass and 3sq m at eight pass. It’s a compact machine that has the edge on many competitors – ideal for smaller fi rms wanting to step into DTF. One step up is the SD-70-2 DTF: a 70cm twin-head system for mid-volume with speeds of 8 to 10sq m per hour. Coupled with a H650 Plus shaker/dryer, this has all the advantages of powder recirculation, which means fewer blockages, better results. More reliability. The SD-70-3 Fluorescent DTF is another level altogether – a triple-head, 60cm system that brings vibrant CMYK and fl uorescent inks to the table with no compromise on speed. Ideal for businesses doing ‘out there’ prints that demand near neon vibrancy. And at the top of the range, the Sabtex SD70-4 meets all the criteria for high volume DTF transfer work too, delivering production speeds up 20sq m per hour. But that’s the hardware. What about reliable ease-of-use, and reliable support for your RIP, too? Good news – Sabur partners FlexiPrint as standard,

and provides upgrades to Ergosoft on request. Sabur is proud of its reputation, and its Sabtex DTF machines are a solution you can rely on, day after day after day.
