The Merlin Heat Press is a high-pressure clamshell style heat press with a platen size of 40x50cm (16x20in). It is easy to use and can handle heavy duty and frequent use. One of the most important features of the machine is the advanced 5in digital touchscreen that gives you ultimate control. With this simple yet high-tech panel, you can organise your different print processes using up to 50 pre-set temperatures and timings. It is also possible to view your production statistics and when you’re fi nished using the heat press, the platen’s non-stick surface guarantees an easy clean up.

B-Flex
The heat transfer vinyl for stretchable garments Beachwear, leggings, leotards for gym and all stretch garments are diffi cult to customise because the application does not come back after being stretched, causing cracks and ruining the graphics.
B-Flex has created the FIVE PRINT TOP digital printing fi lm. The main feature of this heat transfer vinyl is elasticity, it maintains its shape on stretch garments without getting damaged thanks to its special formulation and thickness of only 60 microns.
FIVE PRINT TOP has more than one plus! B-Flex thought about the need to have a single fi lm for all needs, avoiding changing rolls by type of fabric. In fact, in order to be suitable for various fabrics, the glue of this fi lm has a particular formula, also performing on the treated surfaces and thus, resulting in a universal fi lm suitable for applications from cotton fabrics, to nylon and treated fabrics. To obtain a fi lm suitable for all needs, the application is in just four seconds at 140°C and it allows working on garments particularly sensitive to thermal stress. The FIVE PRINT TOP is a heat transfer vinyl for digital printing suitable for eco-solvent and latex inks. It comes with two fi nishes to choose from, a matte fi nish (FIVE PRINT TOP M) and a glossy fi nish (FIVE PRINT TOP G). B-Flex produces the highest quality heat transfer vinyl on the market. Ease of use, quick application and long-lasting results are the main features of the products.
