Q. The theme for FESPA this year is ‘New Perspectives’, can you explain what this means for our readers? A. The past few years have focused on survival and recovery. However, we’re now seeing companies shifting back into business as usual. So, this year, at FESPA Global Print Expo 2023, we want to inspire our global community to focus on the future and consider how, by looking at our industry with a fresh point of view, they can seize new opportunities and future-proof their business.


We’re, therefore, encouraging visitors to gain new perspectives on vertical market opportunities ; new services and applications; trends; the latest technology, software and consumables; and business growth strategies in the print, signage and visual communications sectors.


New feature for 2023


Personalisation Experience is a new feature for 2023. Running from Tuesday, May 23 to Thursday, May 25, the conference agenda will cover a multitude of topics to help visitors expand their businesses, operations and market value. Michael Ryan, head of FESPA Global Print Expo, answers some questions about this new showcase.


Q. What is Personalisation Experience? A. Co-located with FESPA Global Print Expo, Personalisation Experience, will comprise an experiential showcase of personalisation-enabling products and solutions from a range of suppliers, and a multi-day conference programme.


The whole experience is primarily designed for brand owners, retailers, marketers, agencies, and membership and loyalty organisations seeking to enhance or differentiate their offering with personalisation and customisation. Garment manufacturers

Q. Why has this event been launched in 2023? A. Consumers everywhere want experiences that are personalised, instant, and augmented.
