Focus on Transfer Printing BF Reflex

Discover a whole world of HTV fi lms B-Flex offers more than 300 products in its catalogue, among them are

BF Windstop

BF Refl ex and BF Windstop. The BF Refl ex series offers a wide range of colours to fulfi l the needs of high visibility workwear in the world of sportswear and fashion that is increasingly looking for unique and surprising effects. It can be applied to all cotton, synthetic, nylon and treated fabrics. The refl ective market, especially in the world of workwear requires technical specifi cations for safety that are unique compared to other fi lms, such as: high visibility and fi re retardant. With new silver BF Refl ex fi lms, the creativity meets safety and you can choose between three silver fi lms with specifi c technical features certifi ed fl ame retardant and high visibility with international standard. BF Windstop is a fi lm that has been specifi cally designed for softshell fabrics. Softshell is a type of fi bre with a very particular fi nish which makes customisation very diffi cult. It is made of polyester and heat pressing it can cause dye migration.

Up until today, there was not a heat transfer fi lm specifi cally for this type of garment. For a HTV to work properly on this type of garment, it needs to be able to bond fi rmly at a low temperature in order to grip on the softshell garment. B-Flex designed this fi lm using a brand-new adhesive that will last over time. Thanks to its application temperature of just 110°C for only eight seconds, this fi lm is perfect to decorate waterproof jackets, hats, shoes and other synthetic fi bres with graphics and logos. The fi lm is fully opaque thanks to its built-in barrier. This allows you to print light colours on dark textiles and also prevents dye migration on sublimated garments.

BF Windstop is easy to work with and is available in seven fantastic colours: white, four fl uorescent colours, silver and gold.
