Park World finds out how ETF Ride Systems’ trackless water rides are upping the fun factor

of experience building rides for amusement parks around the world, we develop customised rides based on proven technology, together with any partner for decoration, media integration or animation. With our rides we place the emphasis not on speed but on total experience; this is

Introducing the ETF Aqua Mover After frequently being asked whether our people movers could be made available for water applications, we developed the ETF Aqua Mover. This is presented in combination with our Tiki Splash Roulette interactive water ride concept, where sea god Tiki decides if visitors stay wet or dry based on their scores. Ruud Koppens, CEO of ETF Ride Systems, explains: “Because the ETF Aqua
Mover works trackless, it ensures unexpected fun and excitement because there are multiple, non-linear route options. You never know exactly where it is going! “The ETF Aqua Mover is based on our trusted trackless ride system technology -
a great people mover that can be used in water rides inside and outside.”
Something for everyone The idea behind the interactive concept is to meet the requirements of water parks which are seeking to expand and enhance the experience for all ages. Interactive rides are a great way to engage adults, not just children. In the case of Tiki Splash Roulette,
the water guns are electronically operated, which differs from existing manually operated systems on the market; all visitors need to do is simply push the button to create a water shot. Koppens concludes: “Tiki Splash
Roulette is a one-of-a kind water ride that gives the water park that extra wow factor - a welcome addition next to high impact slides.”
International recognition ETF Ride Systems’ rides can be experienced at parks all over the world. A few examples include Europa- Park in Germany, The Efteling in
