New pinball arcade opens its doors in Wyoming
A new pinball-focused amusement venue has launched in Laramie, Wyoming, offering a family-friendly space designed to bring the local community together. Arcade Laradise officially welcomed its first visitors on 12 December,
marking the opening of a venue dedicated to shared play and social gaming experiences. The arcade is home to a selection of classic and modern pinball
machines, including Family Guy, Avengers and Terminator 2: Judgement Day. The founders say the space has been created to encourage people to play together rather than in isolation. According to founders Aaron King and Michael Armagost, the
concept for Arcade Laradise began unexpectedly after they discovered a Family Guy pinball machine at a rubbish dump, sparking the idea to build a venue around their shared enthusiasm for the game. The arcade’s soft opening also featured live entertainment, with a
local musician performing for guests attending the launch. In a post shared on social media, Arcade Laradise said: “We want
to give a special thanks to Cicada Summer for performing our soft opening and for everyone who stopped by to play some games with us. Stay tuned, there will be more games fixed as soon as possible.”
