Netflix House opens in Dallas as permanent fan destination
N
etflix has officially opened its second Netflix House location in Dallas, Texas, creating a year-round entertainment venue dedicated to the streaming giant’s most popular shows and films.
Located at Galleria Dallas, the attraction spans more than 100,000 square
feet and is designed as a free-to-enter space where visitors can explore themed environments, shop for exclusive merchandise and enjoy food inspired by Netflix content. Guests can access the venue from the shopping centre’s second floor or via a dedicated car park entrance marked by the distinctive red envelope branding, a nod to Netflix’s origins as a DVD rental service. Inside, the space opens into a central atrium featuring large-scale installations and photo opportunities inspired by well-known characters and stories.
Netflix House Dallas includes Netflix Bites, a casual dining venue, alongside
a retail store offering limited-edition products. In addition to these open-access areas, the site also offers paid immersive experiences, including Stranger Things: Escape the Dark and Squid Game: Survive the Trials. A further
attraction, Netflix RePLAY, provides interactive games, physical challenges and retro-style entertainment. Marian Lee, chief marketing officer at Netflix, said: “Dallas is the perfect
place for Netflix House. Everything is bigger in Texas, and that includes its fandom. We are thrilled to bring our stories to life in this neighborhood and become part of the community as the local place for in-person entertainment. “Our team has taken a lot of thought and care to ensure that Netflix House
Dallas offers something for everyone – whether they have 30 minutes or 3 hours, we welcome locals and out-of-town fans to come explore what’s inside and discover something new each time they come back.” The Dallas opening follows the debut of the first Netflix House at King of
Prussia in Pennsylvania. A third location is already planned for Las Vegas, with an opening targeted for 2027. Netflix House forms part of the company’s wider expansion into location-
based entertainment, offering fans new ways to experience its brands beyond the screen.
