TM: Late in 2022 we launched two new products with new technology that we expect to be very popular for the next few years: AGV Dark Ride - a truly groundbreaking trackless dark ride vehicle. Seating eight passengers, the AGV can travel at 2.4m/s and has a g-force of 0.3G. However, its real advantages are that it can move in any direction, can work in platoons and can go up and down ramps. The possibilities that this gives creatives and designers are endless, The second product was our Pegasus Flying Theatre, which provides a dynamic scalable Flying Theatre product that is suitable for all sizes of theme parks, and even Family Entertainment Centres and Museums.
MB: Is there anything your attractions are doing these days that you would never TM: I remember in 1997 riding Astro Canyon Coaster on a Morphis Motion Simulator that we had built and being completely blown away. I would never have imagined then, that some years later that we would have the privilege of creating as Ferrari, Dreamworks, Mattel, National Geographic, Marvel, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, etc.

MB: What are you focused on right now? TM: The Operations team at Simworx are very busy working on projects in USA, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Norway, The Netherlands, Turkey and - of course - the UK. For the Sales & Marketing team, we have just entered what is traditionally our busiest time of the year. With IAAPA Amsterdam and IAAPA Orlando on the horizon, the team are getting ready to meet with existing customers, potential new clients, designers and masterplanners.
MB: What do you most enjoy about your role with Simworx ? TM: A few things. I really admire the enthusiasm of the team at Simworx; they genuinely love Theme Parks and Visitor Attractions. Many will spend their holidays I have always loved travelling and meeting clients and have been privileged to make so many friends within the industry.
MB: Outside of your role with Simworx, what else do you do? TM: Department for Business & Trade, Export Champion. Completely away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family, and golf. Considering the amount of my spare time I spend playing, watching, reading and talking about golf, I really should be a much better player than I actually am.
