“We don't like the status quo; we like things to evolve and bring these attractions to the next level, making them exciting for customers”

history and surroundings that make a specific region unique. We've opened a ride in Shanghai based on the city's history. This is something that could be considered for other regions as well. For instance, I was at a MENALAC conference last year as a guest

A unique environment We're over 200 people at Triotech now, and it's filled with people like I was when I was younger. We have hundreds of concepts; it's about deciding what's next and what's feasible. ROI is very important to our customers. When you create an attraction,

there are dozens of ideas, but it must be buildable and relatable. Sometimes people are very ambitious and open to new ideas. They are

willing to try new things. But if an idea is too innovative, people might not relate to it and could be afraid to try it. This is why things like coasters or bumper cars work - people know what they are. We try to take familiar concepts and add a twist. When people ride a

coaster, they might do it every year and always love it because it's familiar. As designers, we must balance innovation with relatability. 

of creating practical realities for our attractions. There's being unique, innovative, and pioneering, but sometimes creative ideas can run away from designers. What might seem like a cool attraction for one operator might not work for another. Your role as Founder and CEO I spend a lot of time traveling. Understanding different cultures is important, and I've travelled to about 100 countries. For example, I love Bollywood movies, which are very popular in the Middle East but might seem different to people in the US. We did a ride with a Bollywood movie at a park in Dubai. It's important to be relevant to the local culture but also universal and fun, especially for kids and teenagers. Our attractions are usually short - four or three minutes - so they need to

speaker and I mentioned that while there are many expats from Western countries who have worked with Disney, Universal, etc., what we don't want is to create another Disney in the region. We need attractions relevant to Saudi culture, for example, while still appealing to tourists. 

experience the local culture. It's important for the regional players - whether Saudi, the UAE, and other

places - to bring technology but make it relevant to their culture. I recently   and the Red Sea is one of the most beautiful reefs I've seen. Why not have attractions that show that to the world?

What’s next At Triotech, we work in partnerships, providing tools to create experiences that reflect local IP and culture. We aim to make cultural icons or stories more dynamic and engaging. We work closely with various groups, including major partners like Seven, Qiddiya, and others. Talking about our "Into the Deep" ride at Six Flags Qiddiya City in Saudi

Arabia, our largest interactive dark ride. The project came from Qiddiya,  biggest dark ride ever, with a track of 2400 square meters. As a diver, I'm excited because it's about restoring the beauty of the ocean and exploring underwater life. This dark ride is different from typical shooting ones; it's about interacting with underwater life using an interactive device. The attraction is beautiful, with vibrant graphics on huge screens, and the Qiddiya  latest computer engines for next-generation graphics. The motion vehicles are dynamic, offering an unobstructed view for everyone in the same row, enhancing the interactive experience. It's a thrilling underwater expedition for families, with four players per cart, nine interactive media-based scenes, and  immersive experience. We can't reveal everything, but it's coming soon. Triotech aims to bring families or friends together. Exploring the oceans

center in Canada within the next two years, where we can experience new technologies and get closer to guests. This center would allow people to experience innovative attractions and give us feedback to improve them. I want to launch a platform where young kids and teenagers who dream of working in this industry can submit ideas and potentially work on content or games for our attractions. I remember when I was young and realized that creating video games was a paid job - it was a revelation. We want to collaborate with the next generation and have their ideas launched on a global scene. We are in nearly 100 countries, and this year, we estimate that  a few more billion in the next 10 years.
