2020 and beyond 2020 has been a challenging year so far, that has seen a big stop of the market due to Covid- 19 impact on the industry. This is the time for us to react and adapt to new models of living, working, and getting entertained. We have reinvented our work, turning

communicating to their guests that amusement venues are now taking all of the precautions to make them a safer place. We started thinking and realising new useful


and effective products for our business as plexiglass safety barriers, designed for the majority of Zamperla attractions to guarantee social distancing to Parks visitors, even when they are riding our amusement rides. We will surely keep investing in the management of our amusement parks, Luna Park, Victorian Gardens and Luna Farm to revive the fun as soon as possible guaranteeing safest spaces for all the family.


Our goals Zamperla goals for this year will be focused on services, staying as close as possible to our customers in order to helping them to restarting their businesses, providing all the required safety measures to protect the health of their guests so they can offer Parks’ visitors an increasingly engaging and secure experience. The focus of the company, this year, will


address even more closely on the servitisation activities with the realisation of a brand-new spare parts e-commerce platform on our website and a chatbot for a more improved and direct assistance.
