Scruffyfy DogGroup’s production facility in theMidlands, UK has undergone a recent upgrade. The revamping of the facility and its state of the art equipment cost over one million pounds. Along with the facility and equipment upgrades, the company welcomes a new production director, Dylan Lardner-Burke. Originally from South Africa, where he achieved his
degree in Fine Arts & Entertainment technology, Dylan moved to theMiddle East where he played a key role in the delivery of the region’s recent large leisure investments including Ferrari World Atlantis Bollywood &Motiongate but most recently

Warner BrothersWorld in Abu Dhabi where Dylan was a principle field art director running teams of over 100, delivering the theming to the award winning park. The upgrades to the production facility include a brand new state of the art solid works design suite and two technicians, the world’s fastest 3 axis CNC, upgraded Joinery &Metalwork areas, upgrades to our moulding / GRP suite and additional investments in GRP machines / PU coating, a brand new dedicated 9k square feet finishing facility with 3 spray bakes and an onsite 8k square feet storage space and its own logistics manager.
The investment was made to upgrade the production facility and to be able to take on more global projects.

“Hurricane Harbor is an industry leader with best-in-class water slides and spectacular, interactive family attractions,” said Six Flags Great Adventure president JohnWinkl er , “and in 2019 we are excited to debut our largest new addition to date with Calypso Springs. This enormous, new pool, expansive lounge deck and dining area will offer the perfect place to enjoy signature, Six Flags summertime thrills.”
The key features of Calypso Springs include a massive, 100,000-gallon (378,541 litre) beach entry-style pool, an obelisk-style fountain with spontaneously erupting geyser, a giant, open lounge deck with hundreds of chairs fofor sunbathing, oversized umbrellas, B ini shade covers available for rental, and a new dining location. Calypso Springs will be located between the Taak It Eez Ee Creek lazy river and Tornado water slide. It is expected to open summer 2019. The 45 acre (18 hectare) Hurricane Harbor waterpark also features a million-gallon (3,785,412 liter) wave pool, a halfmile (0,8 km) lazy river, more than 25 high-speed thrill slides and t w o interactive children’s water playgrounds .
