he SBC Summit is one of the biggest exhibitions of the year, and Altenar will be looking to go just as big with its stand at C140. Sam Hill revealed what attendees can expect to see at the event, “We have released several exciting new sports book features recently and we have commissioned some high-quality videos to showcase the benefits of these tools for operators.
“Also, at our stand will be one of our self-service betting terminals, which are a major part of our retail solutions for clients.” Altenar reportedly will bring a large team to Lisbon, including CEO Stanislav Silin and COO Dinos Stranomitis, plus members of the sales and product teams. The company is preparing to discuss any requirements or potential opportunities with attendees, and Sam Hill will take part in the panel discussing bet builders on the opening day.

Lisbon will build on the success of the 2023 event in Barcelona. Lisbon is a vibrant city with a rich cultural heritage, offering a fresh environment that we believe will resonate well with attendees.” The expanded scope that the venue in Lisbon will provide will help encourage more opportunities to connect with industry peers, showcase products, and engaging in discussions. Smallwood continued, “we are confident that this change of location will bring a new energy to the event and foster even greater
collaboration across the industry.” ESA Gaming looks to venture into 2025 with a great deal of enthusiasm. “Our roadmap for the next year packs exciting new releases, particularly in Q4 of 2024 and Q1 of 2025,” said Smallwood, who also hinted at several new slots in development. One upcoming title is Book of Rrrrum, which Smallwood expects to be a big hit. Additionally, the company has expanded its portfolio with non-traditional content, highlighted by the launch of its first Plinko game.
of features has strengthened our position as one of the leading sportsbook providers in the industry.
“We can take confidence that our current customers look to do more with us, such as adding new brands and markets. We also continue attracting new customers in a very competitive market, which says a lot about our products and provided services.”
Altenar believes that the move to Lisbon will create more opportunities for LatAm operators, and it may attract more interest from Portuguese-speaking countries, most notably Brazil. Hill expanded: “This has been an important market for us, as it has begun to open up and we have a very strong product when meeting the needs of Latam operators. But just as in Barcelona, we expect to meet attendees from all over Europe, given the SBC Summit is such a big event.”
Whether it is new start-ups, existing sports betting operators looking to change suppliers, or casinos looking to add a sportsbook to their portfolio, Altenar will welcome all discussions.
