Hello and welcome to another issue of Casino International. I’m delighted to tell you that the sun has appeared at least twice in the UK sky at the time of writing. Some people are suggestion spring and then summer are on their way, but I know that the appearance of the sun in March can mean only one thing – winter is on its way. Yes, I’m a pessimist. Not only is my glass half empty, but someone has stolen my glass and replaced it with a piece of clay with sharp, pointy blades sticking up. Like an angry porcelain hedgehog, if you will. Anyway… to Casino International (I knew I
was typing for a reason). We’ve got a jam-packed issue for you this month (don’t worry – no actual jam is involved if you’re reading a physical magazine) and I’m going to selfishly pick some of the highlights to mention. You will however find a list of everything in the issue to the side of this page in something I’ve invented quite recently and am calling “contents”. It’s a fabulous idea and one that I imagine other magazines will be copying immediately. Look out for them. My first pick for the issue is our interview with Andrew Sackey of Aristocrat. Andrew was kind enough to give us tons of his time at ICE taking us round the Aristocrat stand, and this month we catch up with him and get to hear some of Aristocrat’s plans for the year. Next up I’d like to point you in the direction of the Student Gambling
Survey, presented by GAMSTOP and Ygam. There’s some fascinating and properly eye-opening data in there. Give it a read. I’ll stop cherry picking now, and just remind you that you’ll also find regional views from LATAM, USA, Africa, Macau and UK in the issue, as well as a special feature highlighting some of the key players in the Multiplayers and ETGs sector.
