www.casinointernational-online.com EDITOR’S COMMENT Managing Editor: Jon Bruford

It feels strange, now that I’ve been relegated to the news pages with this column. Should I now focus on current affairs, would that be more appropriate? Or shall I just witter on for a bit and hope for the best? Votes by email to jonbruford@yahoo.co.uk As the world returns to something akin to normal, it’s really hard not

to look back and marvel at the avalanche of crap we all just came through. In the last 12 months I’ve moved house, lost both parents, had my fi rst car crash, had my car written off, and had to tell my youngest off for riding his bike down the stairs. There’s more, but those are the low-lights. I’ve always absolutely hated the expression ‘what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger’, because it’s quite clearly not true – but I can honestly say the past 12 months or so have made me more resilient. But what about the industry? Will we as a whole become more resilient, or are we going to

return to exactly what we were before? The numbers on re-opening for pretty much everywhere look great so far, and hopefully global vaccinations mean we will be able to remain open from here on without endangering any lives. In operational terms we are seeing the rollout of cashless economies within our properties, mature technology that could already have been in there so its acceleration is welcome and should provide further effi ciencies for operators. The early signs are really good across the board but what will be really interesting is seeing what lessons we learn and implement for the long term. Enjoy the issue. Comments as ever to jonbruford@yahoo.co.uk

4 JUNE 2021 Featured Product: DYNAMIC Link – Stars Up

Stars lead the way in this amazing fruit game. Players can win ever-bigger prizes, as the reels are getting higher and higher in the Expanding Reels Feature: Each Star symbol in the active reel area activates up to three extra rows on top of the reels for the current spin. Each extra row adds 15 win lines, making it possible to reach up to a maximum of 100 win lines and massively increasing chances for the Golden Spins Feature for the Linked Progressives and Bonus prizes. The highly dynamic Golden Spins Feature

is triggered by at least six Ball symbols on the active reels. It is played on 40 individual reels in eight rows with at least three rows active. The number of active rows increases with the number of collected Ball symbols, which are held in position both in the active and in the inactive areas. During the feature, special symbols can increase the number of respins, turn symbols into Ball symbols or increase prizes. Stars Up is just one of the five titles in

the new DYNAMIC Link Progressive game-mix. This exciting collection of games featuring a 2-level Linked Progressive is all set to present some fresh and dynamic

gaming thrills on the international gaming floors. The DYNAMIC Link Progressive multi-game is available for the latest NOVOMATIC curved screen cabinets.
