months ago when cryptocurrency was trending worldwide following user feedback. The trend is going up and we are seeing more and more users opting for crypto payments. Users were asking for another place to buy and sell crypto, so we decided to do it in-app. We launched the in-app feature in a few markets, and we are constantly testing and improving the product. We are happy, we have a big team investing a lot of time and effort in the product so we can provide users the best experience possible. We are constantly growing and expanding our offering to users.


AS: What sparked your interest in crypto? ML: The fact that crypto was a trending topic, feedback from the users, and exploring and analysing the industry. However, it was predominantly based on user feedback via surveys, focus groups and questions about crypto that instigated us to follow that path and develop a crypto offering.


Being close with the user in a proactive way is key, they are the ones purchasing, validating their identity, depositing, and using the app. We try to be as close with the users as possible with surveys, questions and a section in the app to provide feedback. Understanding what they are expecting is important.


AS: What are your plans for the future? ML: Our ambition is to grow in all areas of the business. We are focused on expanding to different markets and structuring our operations. We have six million users today; we hope to have more tomorrow and more at the end of the year. As with the 1000 merchants currently relying on us, we hope to have more. We are also focused on improving our product and the user experience. Specifically, what we offer to the user and the merchants to give them more advantages and features, and to have our user community happy with our digital wallet.
