stamos saliendo un poco temprano – tercera semana de junio – por los eventos de la industria que se aglutinan por estos días. Imagínense, al PGS de Lima de mediados de junio le sigue el BiS de Sao Paulo de fines de mes, al que no podremos asistir por quedar muy de cerca del iGaming de Ámsterdam
de la primera semana de julio, a donde iremos directo desde aquí. El PGS 2022 fue el evento de todos, porque en verdad pareció que todos
estuvieron en Lima, y conto con la especial participación del Director General de la Dirección General de Casino y Máquinas Tragamonedas, señor Eduardo Sevilla Echevarría. Es que hay tanto de que comentar sobre el PGS 2022, que mejor lo dejamos para la próxima edición de Americano. Lo cierto y verdadero es que la industria ha empezado a salir del letargo postpandemia y se apresta a despegar con todo. Por lo pronto, el Chile, la Superintendencia de Casinos de Juego autorizó el inicio de operaciones a Casino del Lago S.A.- Enjoy Pucón, desde el 3 de junio de 2022 con una licencia de 15 años, y convirtiéndose en el tercer recinto de juegos de concesión municipal en incorporarse a la Ley Nº19.995, que lo pone bajo la supervisión y fiscalización de la SCJ. El casino de juegos de Pucón cuenta con 500 máquinas de azar, 18 mesas de cartas, 1 mesa de dados, 8 mesas de ruleta y 24 posiciones del juego bingo; además de los servicios de restaurante, bar, sala de estar y sala de espectáculos. Así como lo bueno, lo tan bueno tampoco sucede en la región, donde el Gobierno argentino publicó el decreto presidencial 293/2022.

ur managing editor is closing this issue a little early – third week of June – as industry events are coming along more regularly these days. Just to recap, PGS 2022 in Lima, Peru in mid-June is followed at the end of the month by the BiS of Sao Paulo, which we are not able to
attend as it comes very close to Amsterdam’s iGaming in the first week of July, where hope to make it in good time. PGS 2022 was an event for everyone, because truthfully, it seemed
that everyone came to Lima just for this show, which was opened by the Director General of Peru’s regulators, Dirección General de Casino y Máquinas Tragamonedas, señor Eduardo Sevilla Echevarría; and there is so much to comment on about people and companies that made the show, that we better leave it and run a good review in our next edition of Americano. instance, the country’s regulators, Superintendencia de Casinos de Juego authorized Casino del Lago S.A. - Enjoy Pucón to begin operations from June 3, 2022, with a 15-year license.
