DCTO-2022-293-APN-PTE, con fecha 01/06/2022, aumentando el Impuesto Indirecto sobre las Apuestas Online con alícuotas que van desde el 5% al 15% según lo dispone la ley. Y lo ultimito que llega es que el Gobierno de Mendoza, en Argentina, ha adjudicado la licitación para proveer las máquinas tragamonedas al Casino Central de Mendoza a la empresa Traylon S.A., que ha pagado más de US$18 millones de inversión por una concesión de 10 años. Lo que nos ha faltado comentar es sobre la situación de la ley de
apuestas en Brasil, donde lo ultimo que hay es que la facción política de los evangelistas en el Congreso le sigue dictando la política a seguir en este tema al presidente Bolsonaro, quien, con un ojo en las elecciones generales de octubre, no puede accionar y perder apoyo del grupo político más grande que tiene para ser reelegido en octubre, porque según las encuestas no le va muy bien, que digamos en la preferencia de votos. Esperamos las noticias que vienen desde el BiS de Sao Paulo nos aclaren el panorama sobre la ley de apuestas que ya ha sido aprobada por diputados y senadores.

La Lotería de Córdoba inició licitación para el juego online
Convocada por Resolución de Directorio No. 1547/22 serie ‘I’ de fecha 19 de mayo 2022, la Lotería de Córdoba dio inicio para la licitación internacional del juego online, teniendo como objetivo el “otorgamiento de hasta diez (10) licencia para la organización explotación y el desarrollo de la actividad de juego ‘En Línea’. El objeto de la resolución añade que la actividad puede llevarse a cabo en distintas modalidades a través de “medios electrónicos, informáticos, de telecomunicación o cualquier otro procedimiento interactivo, que se desarrollen en el ámbito de la Provincia de Córdoba”. La licitación se realizará mediante la presentación de “Dos (2) sobres, el sobre numero 1 conteniendo la documentación legal, capacidad jurídica, antecedentes de capacidad técnica y económico/ financiera del oferente para desarrollar la actividad licitada”, mientras que el sobre numero 2 debe contar con la oferta técnica y económica de la actividad licitada. La presentación de las ofertas será hasta las 11:00 horas del día martes 05 de julio 2022 en la sede de la provincia de Córdoba de la Lotería. La apertura de ofertas del Sobre 1 será el día martes 05 de julio a las 13:00 horas en la misma sede de la Lotería; Mientras que la apertura de ofertas del Sobre 2, se realizará el día martes 19 de julio 2022 en la misma sede indicada. La vigencia de la concesión tiene como fecha el día miércoles 14 de septiembre de 2022.

ARGENTINA Cordoba province Lottery begins online gambling tender
By order of Board Resolution No. 1547/22 series ‘I’ dated May 19, 2022, the Cordoba Lottery began the international tender for online gambling, with the objective of “granting up to ten (10) licenses for organization exploitation and development of ‘Online’ gaming activity.”
The purpose of the resolution states that the activity can be carried out in different modalities through “electronic, computer, telecommunication or any other interactive procedure, which is developed within the scope of the Province of Córdoba.” The tender will be made by submitting
two (2) envelopes; “Envelope number 1 containing the legal documentation, legal capacity, technical and economic/ financial background and capability of the bidder to develop the tendered activity,” while “Envelope number 2 must have the technical and economic offer of the tendered activity.” Presentation date of offers has been set until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at the headquarters of the Córdoba Lottery. The opening of offers
of Envelope 1 will be on Tuesday, July 5 at 1:00 p.m. in the same place. The opening of offers of Envelope 2 will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at the same indicated venue. The validity of the concession is dated to begin on Wednesday, September 14, 2022.2022. In statements to the local media, José Alonso, deputy manager of
the Lottery legal department, said: “Online gambling is already taking place in the province and we are calling a tender for applications for granting licenses.” He added that the regulations seek the offer of “new games or others that are already being offered on platforms so that they can be exploited online, like lottery games, casino games, sports betting and so on.”
