Achieving business growth is likely to remain a challenge for many of our customers in today’s marketplace. All of our thoughts have are turned towards delivering strategies that help navigate their way through this new environment in a successful and sustainable way. Players are unlikely to be sympathetic with the financial constraints the industry is facing. From their perspective, they are after the familiarity of their casino experience as well as new and fresh products to enjoy from the casino floor. A methodical approach is required to ensure

businesses are offering the most exciting forms of entertainment available to engage with players, while also being mindful of the financial landscape. From the many customer conversations we have had, It is clear operators are appreciative of our evolving services and commercial arrangements, as well as engagement through events such as our EMEA Virtual Summit earlier this year and a lot of listening. As a region, our key focus is to help customers drive their recovery and restore and supercharge performance as casinos across the region against the backdrop of strong consumer spending.
