BESTOF BRITISH

Kudos – Made in Cumbria since 1999 K

udos has been creating showering enclosures, trays, overbath screens

and wetroom solutions at their manufacturing base in the Lake District for over 20 years. The business controls a large proportion of its

raw material supply, owning its quality components producer and has a factory focussing on shower tray production in Coleraine in

Northern Ireland. Recent investment has seen finished goods stock move from their Holme site in Cumbria to a new 60,000 sq ft warehouse facility in Sandbach, Cheshire, releasing space for the expansion of its main manufacturing capability. Their head office site and manufacturing facility in Holme, now produces shower panels, enclosures, wet room products and trays including their latest SR (antislip) range of Connect2.

The Kudos business has had a busy year all

round managing the safety of staff through Covid- 19, realising the changes enabled from its investment, bringing new products to market like their range of slip, scratch and stain resistant SR shower trays and managing an increased demand from their customer base of bathroom showrooms across the UK. As the UK opens up again during May and June

here’s to wishing all in the industry a successful 2021 and long may this demand continue….

topia Bathrooms is proud to design and manufacture its extensive range

of bathroom furniture at its purpose-built headquarters in Wolverhampton. With its original founders still at the helm, the company has been at the very forefront of the industry for over three decades. Design innovation is the key to the company’s

ongoing success, backed by continued investment in the latest manufacturing technology to provide beautiful, practical solutions for British bathrooms. A genuine commitment to the environment is also

a top priority at Utopia and it is particularly proud of its biomass energy solution turning waste into energy. With consumers increasingly keen to buy British and also demanding eco credentials, Utopia presents retailers with a valuable selling point. One of Utopia’s recent product launches

included the addition of two new colourways, Rose Quartz and Emerald Green, to its premium range of Roseberry painted timber bathroom furniture. These new on-trend colours also work perfectly with the existing heritage shades in the Roseberry palette and are designed to appeal

particularly to a younger customer demographic, keen to experiment with luxury finishes. Roseberry is a modern interpretation of

traditional luxury painted timber furniture, featuring a classic raised and fielded door that is spray painted to the customer’s specification. Available in fitted, wall mounted and free standing configurations, Roseberry suits all types, sizes and styles of bathroom.
