The CLIP top BLUMOTION hinge combines
easy installation (just clip the hinge into place) with near perfect motion, and integrated BLUMOTION closing – ensuring a silent smooth closing action. Regardless of door weight or size, this hinge will work for the lifetime of the furniture. It can even accommodate a furious slam of the door! The BLUMOTION mechanism can also be de- activated if required – which can be useful with very light-weight doors. There is a 110° hinge option which allows you to implement thicker doors of up to 24 mm – depending on application. The new pivoting point prevents collision with the cabinet front edge when the door is open. Or the CLIP top BLUMOTION 107° hinge, which requires impressively little drilling depth (just 11.5 mm) making this hinge suitable for thin door depths of 15 mm or more. Finally there is a 155° wide angle zero protrusion option, which ensures that even cabinets with internal pull-outs, like the popular SPACE TOWER larder solution, can use the award winning CLIP top BLUMOTION technology. The CRISTALLO hinge for glass and mirrored
doors has super-accurate stability. The adhesion plate is simply glued onto the door, using the handy adhesion template, and then the hinge is clipped into place. The linear design ensures that the new hinge blends discretely into furniture such as glass display units.
The EXPANDO T hinge, a German Design
Award winner, is designed for ultra-thin (from 8mm to 14mm) door fronts, a growing trend in kitchen design. The minimal 6mm drilling depth is the solution for this hinge, which also has BLUMOTION integrated into the hinge. In their Austrian head office, hinges are tested to
200,000 opening/closing actions – that’s 20 years’ worth of usage. And the lifetime guarantee means that, in the unlikely event of a failure, the hinge will be replaced with no questions asked.
