Faber launches induction hob collection featuring K-Link technology

nown as the inventors of the domestic cooker hood, Faber has announced the re-launch of their induction hob collection featuring K-Link technology. Formerly known as ‘Connection’, Faber’s brand new K-Link technology can connect your customers hood and hob together.
How does K-Link work exactly? Whilst cooking, the hood’s extraction power is automatically adjusted according to the selected cooking level to optimize performance and avoid unnecessary waste.
All of Faber’s k-link induction hobs are available in a choice of two finishes including black glass or a sleek grey glass. Sizes range from 64cm to 95cm with either 4 or 5 zones and feature two induction zones that can be bridged together to create a larger cooking area. Each hob is managed via an easy to use touch control display with a slider control for each zone. Extra features include child lock, an overflow safety device, pot detection, timer and booster.

Integrated in the hood, Air Hub generates an independent air stream that is fully dedicated to air sanitisation, realised through two dedicated UV-C lamps which cleanse the air safely and with no ozone production. The air treatment system can be operated in three different modes: a manual setting; an intensive mode and a night option that provides a long cycle of air purification with minimum noise. Air Hub is available in a choice of three models Vertical, T-Shape and Ceiling. Pictured is the Vertical model in a stylish black/ glass finish.
