Stuart Dance, director, said: “I was really blown away to be nominated by the industry. To know that my retailers took the time to vote for me speaks volumes, especially when I know how busy they are because orders are going through the roof!


“The award also shows how far we’ve come as a business. My dad, Wayne Dance, started InHouse 13 years ago. We now have over 500 retailers across our kitchen, bathroom and bedroom brands. Every year we’ve grown – aside from one year where we stood still during the recession. Our growth is because we’re not salesmen. We’re business and brand builders. I’m involved with every aspect of my retailers’ business. It’s only when they’re successful that I’m successful. This award has really proved that. My father’s so proud and so am I.
