Wirquin LOCK+ Gets a Grip &


Plugs the Problem Sanitary equipment specialist Celmac Wirquin has launched Lock+, a smartly engineered component that prevents a toilet seat from moving or coming loose once installed. Lock+ fits easily on all types of WC Pans, works with both plastic and stainless steel hinges whether bottom fix, top fix, quick release or soft close options. It now comes as standard and at no extra cost on a selection of Celmac’s best selling Thermoset and Thermoplastic toilet seats. Lock+ is not only extremely simple to fit it actually increases the overall lifespan of the seat, can be installed and re-installed and is guaranteed for life. Lock+ eliminates a toilet seat becoming loose, a common problem when one considers how the average plastic toilet seat is affixed to a ceramic WC pan using a metal screw. The Lock+ plastic device holds the screw secure, in a similar way to a rawl plug, within the ceramic screw hole, which due to the nature of ceramic can vary in size with each piece. A small but really effective device it is malleable enough to adjust to the pan hole yet strong enough to avoid movement.

TKC launches the Oxford range of classic shaker doors with a modern twist


Adding a contemporary twist to the classic shaker kitchen door, TKC has launched the Oxford range. Oxford doors come in a fashionable, tactile matt finish and feature a narrower 88mm shaker frame for a fresh, new take on the classic favourite.
