Utopia scoops Best British Bathroom Brand Award
Utopia Bathrooms is delighted to have been voted Britain’s Best Bathroom
Furniture Brand at the BKU Awards in June. As Britain’s leading manufacturer of bathroom furniture, Utopia has
consistently made the short list for the Best Bathroom Furniture Brand category in the annual award scheme run by BKU but this is
the first time it has won this coveted award.
As Beth Boulton, Utopia’s marketing director, explains “It’s particularly pleasing to win this year as it is a welcome endorsement from the industry of our ambitious new product development programme and reflects the success of our exciting new furniture ranges. We’ve had a great year, building inspiration into our brand and launching superior design and quality products whilst ensuring our customers remain at the very heart of our business. This prestigious award confirms all that we have been working so hard towards and we are delighted to have won.”
Beth adds “Thank you to all of our customers for their loyalty and support, it’s a terrific vote of confidence for quality British design and manufacture to which we remain totally committed.”
Geberit’s Virtual World 3D programme enables interaction when planning
The Virtual Worlds 3D programme gives Geberit retailers an effective way of engaging with consumers during the sales and design process, enabling them to interact with the planning of their new bathroom along the way. With the software retailers can select accurate images from the extensive Geberit range and include them in their designs. The programme creates a clear impression of what the finished bathroom will look like and how the products will fit.
The full range of Geberit bathroom solutions are now included on Virtual Worlds, from ceramics, mirrors and furniture in the new Geberit Bathroom Collection, to Geberit AquaClean shower toilets and the manufacturer’s wide range of WC flush plates.
Virtual Worlds produces photo-realistic visuals and provides an engaging 3D interactive experience for consumers who want to “walk through” their bathroom before purchase. The software enables objects to be moved around, rotated, re-sized and positioned to the customer’s requirements, with working views and an itemised order list to make costing and ordering a simple process.
“By joining Virtual Worlds, we can ensure the growing number of retailers investing in the software have full access to the entire Geberit range, providing an unrivalled customer experience and maximising sales,” explains Raffaela De Vittorio, Geberit UK Sales Director – Specification and Retail.
