Roca Group has announced the internal promotion of Matt Preece to key account manager. In his new role, Matt will take responsibility for managing three of the company’s key trading relationships: Wolseley, IBMG and The Stark Group. Matt joined Roca in 2024 as business development manager.

Lisa Cooke has been appointed managing director of MCS, succeeding Ian Rippin, who is stepping down after more than eight years as CEO. Lisa joined MCS in 2018 and, as chief operating offi cer, led the redevelopment of its installer scheme, which is now being rolled out to thousands of businesses across the UK.
Press solutions manufacturer Instantor has welcomed Jim Staff ord to the role of product manager to support the launch of its new underfl oor heating range. Jim brings to the role almost 25 years of industry expertise, having previously held roles in plumbing and heating installation, sales, technical and design.
Wall panel specialist Grant Westfi eld has welcomed Matthew Lecointe as business development manager for the South West. Matthew joined Grant Westfi eld in June, bringing with him 10 years’ experience in the KBB industry, all gained within the independent bathroom showroom sector.
Ben Bryden (pictured) has been named interim managing director for RAK Ceramics following the retirement of managing director Alvin Biggs. Ben has been with the fi rm for 10 years, having originally joined the company as head of projects before taking on the role of UK & Ireland sales & marketing director.
Heating and plumbing distributor Navigator MSL has welcomed Ian Scarrott as its new operations director. He brings with him many years of experience and will take the lead on health and safety, customer services, warehouse, logistics, stock control, facilities, insurance and fl eet issues.
