As gas boiler manufacturers compete to win the favour of UK heating engineers, points-based customer loyalty schemes have become as familiar as supermarket clubcards. As the industry gears up for the start of the new heating season, we provide a round-up of a few of the latest sales incentive schemes designed to secure your brand devotion.


Cashback opportunity


A package of incentives has been announced by Viessmann for installers of its most popular domestic and light commercial boilers. For a limited period (until

Various rewards and a place on an exclusive trip are being off ered to heating installers as part of the new PowerUp promotion by Worcester Bosch. Running until the end of the year, participating installers will have the chance to qualify for a luxurious trip to Porto, Portugal, or win prizes by simply hitting their personalised gas boiler targets. To participate, installers simply need to receive their


personalised gas boiler target and then register their installations through an online loyalty account. The fi rst installers to reach their targets will secure their place on the trip (set to take place in May next year). To further incentivise installers, participants can win


prizes by fi tting up to 10 extra gas boilers than the same four months in 2023 (September to December). To help installers stay on track, Worcester Bosch will

For installers new to the brand, and subject to the same claim period as above, an incentive payment of up to £500 will be made for their fi rst Viessmann product registered. Extra points boost


With the recent relaunch of its Choice loyalty programme, Navien is off ering new and existing members the chance to earn additional points this autumn. New installers will receive bonus points on their fi rst installation registered with the platform. For instance, installing the NCB700 ON Combi Crossover boiler will give an extra 100 Navien Choice Plus points. Existing members will benefi t too. In addition to


the rewards installers already receive through the programme’s tiered system of silver, gold, platinum and diamond, both new and existing members will be able to claim up to 100 more points for every four boilers they install. Points can be exchanged for rewards such as cameras and smart watches, while platinum and diamond members can use their points to redeem cash alternatives, with the potential to earn more than £1,000 worth of points. Bonus points revival


Ideal Heating has brought back its ‘One More MAX’ promotion, but this time installers can earn an extra £1,000 worth of rewards in celebration of the brand’s 5m Logics campaign (see page 6). Running from the


start of October until the end of the year, the One More MAX promotion gives installers the opportunity to earn bonus points by registering Ideal Logic Max or Vogue Max boilers. Exclusively available to members of the company’s


Connect loyalty scheme, participants need to register just one more Max boiler than they did over the same period last year to receive a £300 points bonus. If they register fi ve more they will receive the £1,000 bonus. The points bonus can either be loaded onto a

Big cash incentive


This is Baxi’s biggest boiler cashback promotion yet, with up to £3,000 in cash this heating season. Running until 6th January, Baxi Works members will receive £300 for every three boilers they install from the brand’s 600 and 800 ranges when they register them on the platform. The promotion will be capped at 30 installations. All system, heat-only and combi boilers from the
