meant for the tip Clean energy-tech company Aira has teamed up with Charis Williams, known as ‘The Salvage Sister,’ to upcycle disused boilers into unique furniture items. The company is looking to highlight the number of boilers which will ultimately need to be replaced by heat pumps and also inspire societal change in attitudes towards waste. As part of the collaboration, Charis created a functional chair and electric table lamp from old gas boilers (pictured), spending 23 days transforming them into items that no longer emit carbon into the environment. To prevent non-compliant heating circulation pumps from being installed unwittingly, Wilo has launched a new service to help installers check the pumps they are fitting are safe for use and compliant with the Energy-related Products (ErP) regulation. Since 1 January 2022, heating circulation pumps sold in the UK market must meet the ErP regulations. Stelrad sticks with the Newcastle Falcons
Newcastle Falcons of the Rugby Premiership has announced that Stelrad will continue as its lead partner for the 2024/25 season. The radiator manufacturer has been a prominent feature on the Newcastle Falcons’ kit and around Kingston Park Stadium since joining the Falcons family six years ago, prior to the 2018/19 season. This extension marks the continuation of a
