What to expect from InstallerSHOW 2025
From 24-26 June 2025, Birmingham’s NEC will play host to what is set to be the most ambitious and wide-ranging InstallerSHOW to date. As it celebrates its 10th anniversary, this cornerstone event for professionals in the heat, water, air and energy sectors is expected to draw more than 30,000 visitors and showcase over 800 exhibitors across three halls of product displays, interactive zones and expert-led discussions.

anniversary, InstallerSHOW 2025 will feature a series of celebratory moments and exclusive content. A £10,000 giveaway will run across the three days, alongside bespoke events, headline sessions and tailored networking opportunities that spotlight how far the show – and the industry – has come over the past decade. Here, we round up the main
features of the show, off ering a preview of what visitors can expect across the three packed days at the NEC in Birmingham.
Installer Plaza At the heart of the show is the InstallerPLAZA, a place for dialogue, debate and discovery. Across the three days, it will feature a rolling programme of interviews, panel sessions and live debates. The InstallerPLAZA is also a space where grassroots voices are heard. Installers, engineers,

Installer Trades Designed as a hub for interaction and practical insight, this area focuses on real-world issues aff ecting tradespeople today – from getting paid on time to navigating diffi cult customers and building a business. A Tool Demo Zone
will showcase the latest equipment from major brands including Hilti, Milwaukee, HiKOKI, SawStop, Arco and VanGuardian. Tradespeople and well-known industry infl uencers will be on hand to test products and provide hands-on demonstrations. It’s a chance to get up close with the tools of the trade and hear unfi ltered feedback from peers.
Installer Invent This part of the show off ers a curated space for innovation, where emerging companies and inventors present new products aimed at transforming the heat, water, air and energy

To celebrate its 10th anniversary, InstallerSHOW 2025 is giving away £10,000 in cash to one lucky visitor. Entering is easy: collect a passport on arrival and gather stamps from 15 participating exhibitors across the show. Once completed, your card becomes your entry into the grand prize draw. The £10k Giveaway will run for the duration of the event, and the prize draw will take place at the close of the show.
Installer Build New for 2025, InstallerBUILD responds to the growing need for cross-sector collaboration in retrofi tting and sustainable building practices. This feature area will act as a forum for discussions around net zero and how trades and specifi ers can work together to improve the UK’s built environment. The debut of Building Safety
Week will take place within this zone, developed in partnership with Building a Safer Future and the Code for Construction Product Information.
Installer Futures With a mission to inspire and inform students and apprentices with a structured visit programme designed around career development, InstallerFUTURES will off er talks, hands-on experiences and direct access to employers. The programme also
reinforces InstallerSHOW’s wider commitment to addressing skills shortages and encouraging long-term careers within the sector, providing younger visitors with the tools and information they need to thrive. InstallerFUTURES is
sponsored by the Simon Acres Group, and recruitment specialists from the company will be on hand to provide advice on both apprenticeships and recruitment.
Installer Merit This will be a community-led celebration that shines a light on unsung heroes of the sector. The event honours individuals who make signifi cant contributions to others without seeking recognition. This year’s
evening event, held on Tuesday 24 June in the NEC’s Concourse Suites, will also look back on a decade of the InstallerSHOW, welcoming past recipients and inviting the industry to share in a moment of refl ection and celebration. Comedian and writer Rhys James will be the evening’s special guest, adding a light-hearted close to a day of serious networking.
Installer Awards The winners of the 2025 Heating Installer Awards will be revealed on the second day of the show. Now in its tenth year, the Awards recognise heating installers across the UK for technical expertise, customer service, sustainability and innovation. The awards include regional categories, a national winner, and special categories including HVAC, Most Sustainable Installer and Rising Star for apprentices.
New Product Showcase Off ering a concentrated look at the latest technologies shaping the future of the heat, water, air and energy sectors this dedicated area brings together established manufacturers and emerging innovators, giving visitors hands-on access to cutting-edge products and practical demonstrations. Whether it’s smart controls, energy-effi cient systems or novel installation tools, the showcase is designed to inform decision-making and spark new ideas. With opportunities to speak
directly with developers, compare solutions and explore real-world applications, it’s an essential stop for anyone wanting to stay ahead of the curve. See page 27 for a preview of some of the products that will be on display.
Panel discussions As ever, there will be a busy schedule of live debates and seminars. The line up of
speakers includes Miatta Fahnbulleh MP, Minister for Energy Consumers, who will be taking part in panel discussions in the Elemental Arena. You can also learn about all things bathroom-related in the BMA Theatre and be part of Pitchfest – where solutions providers give rapid pitches to the audience – see hands-on demos in the Solar Pavilion, and discuss heat pumps, World Refrigeration day and more in the Climate Solutions Theatre.
Visiting celebrities Some of the big names visiting this year’s event include comedian Dara Ó Briain, who will be sitting down for a ‘fi reside chat’ about science, tech and his career. Other famous names set to make an appearance at the NEC are Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, who will be exploring the future of kitchen design, Mark Millar, who will share his latest renovation stories, Laura Hamilton, talking about property, kitchen makeovers and more, and there will also be an opportunity to test your dart throwing skills against World Darts No.1 Luke Humphries.
