The newest addition to the sales team at Roca Group UK is Allyson Doak, appointed as business development manager for Scotland. She will support customers and work with distribution partners to enhance market presence. Previously, Allyson spent 18 years at Crosswater in a variety of roles, most recently as business manager for Scotland.
The new area sales manager for the South West of England and South Wales at Rehau is Jack Trivett, who will focus on promoting pre-insulated pipe systems to support the growing district heating market. Jack joined Rehau in September 2020 and previously worked as a product management assistant.
Nick Maddison has been promoted to head of sales & marketing at Stiebel Eltron. With extensive experience in international business development, he will focus on developing and executing the sales strategy, enhancing customer engagement and strengthening the brand’s presence in renewable heating.
Conex Bänninger has appointed Derek Sinclair as regional technical sales manager for Scotland. Derek brings over 18 years of senior-level experience gained within the plumbing and heating sector and his extensive market knowledge positions him well to support customers and grow the brand’s footprint across Scotland.
Schlüter-Systems has appointed Adam Dolphin as area sales consultant for the South West, covering Devon, Cornwall, South Somerset, Dorset and the Channel Islands. With 25 years in the KBB industry, he brings extensive experience from brands like Merlyn Showering, Bathroom Brands Group and Impey.
The IPG has appointed Paul Hetherington to its Board of Directors. Paul brings extensive experience from leadership roles, including CEO of Marshall Tuffl ex and founder of HIS Ltd. His focus will be on digital innovation, sustainability, and supporting the Independent Alliance’s mission.

The new chief commercial offi cer for City Plumbing is Liz Taylor. Joining the senior leadership team, she will drive positive momentum across branch- managed channels, including renewables. Liz brings over 20 years of commercial experience, having most recently served as commercial director at Morrisons.
The latest recruit to the growing team of Brand Specialists at Stelrad Radiators is Edward Battersby who joins to look after the eastern region of the UK for the radiator manufacturer. Edward graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a degree in Digital Business and is forward to meeting customers and merchant staff across the East of England.
