PPDS PPDS has appointed LED and digital signage sales specialists, Elise Hardouin and Romain Gentile to its management team. Romain becomes PPDS’ new digital signage
key account manager for France and Iberia, with Elise taking the position of LED key account manager for France. Elise and Romain add extensive sales
knowledge and experience to the PPDS team and will play a key role in further developing its LED and digital signage growth strategy in France, Spain, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar. Based in Barcelona, Romain’s key responsibilities will include
developing and strengthening new and existing partner and customer relationships to drive brand exposure and seize new business opportunities.
Netacea Netacea has appointed Andy Lole as Chief Technology Officer. Andy brings over 20 years of technical
experience to the role, since beginning his career as a developer. His skills in data science led him to take on several senior technical roles at travel and Internet retail companies including SpareRoom and eBay. As the new CTO, Lole’s focus will be on technical development
and innovating Netacea’s current products and services. His experience means he will play a key role in communicating to the market how best to deal with bot threats and how Netacea can enhance its customers’ and partners’ services. Current CTO Andy Still will take on a new role as Chief Product Officer.
Sales Layer Sales Layer has appointed Aniqa Hijazi as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Aniqa most recently served as Chief
Financial Officer of Ecwid, where she led the global accounting and finance, investor relations, human resources, and strategic planning functions. She brings more than 20 years experience serving in a variety of leadership positions at companies including Cisco, Ernst & Young, and Morgan Stanley. Aniqa Hijazi said: “I am thrilled to join Sales Layer at this pivotal moment in the company’s journey. Sales Layer has built great momentum in the industry and I’m eager to work alongside the executive team to build on the strong foundation they have created and execute on strategic priorities driving transformational growth.”

Check Point Check Point Soſtware Technologies Ltd.’s Field CISO EMEA, Deryck Mitchelson has become a member of Scotland’s National Cyber Resilience Advisory Board (NCRAB). Before joining Check Point, Mitchelson was
National Digital and Chief Information Security Officer for NHS Scotland. He has more than 30 years’ experience and has been recognised as one of the UK’s most influential CISOs. Mitchelson will join leaders and influencers from across the private, public and third sectors and the cyber security industry to provide strategic advice to support Scottish Ministers and the Scottish Government.
NTT Data NTT DATA UK&I has appointed Ciaran McGuinness as Client Partner to lead growth in the Irish technology sector. McGuinness has a background in technology
consulting, digital product & service design, digital advertising, and technology non-profit. Across these roles, he has worked with clients including Centrica, Bank of Ireland, Discover, Te FA, Aston Martin F1, Caterpillar, and Electrolux to name a few. In his most recent role at Cognizant, he was focused on business development across a broad range of industries, including media, sports, technology, utilities, energy, and manufacturing, working with well-known brands in the UK and globally. McGuinness has a customer experience focused background, enabling him to bring a unique perspective of looking at technology with a customer first viewpoint. Having previously run an inner city not-for-profit focused on
youth STEM education, McGuinness is also looking to bring this experience to NTT DATA UK&I and is seeking opportunities to reengage with Irish charities that are bridging the skills gap and encouraging young and diverse individuals into the tech sector.
Channel Ion Fratiloiu has joined Channel Capital Advisors LLP (Channel) as its new Chief Commercial Officer. Fratiloiu has more than a decade’s experience in
sales and commercial strategy within the finance and fintech sectors. He has previously worked at Deutsche Bank and financial market consulting firm Dealogic. More recently, Fratiloiu held the role of sales director at core banking provider Tought Machine, where he managed growth across Central Eastern Europe, the Middle East and expansions into higher-growth Tier 1 banks. His latest role was Head of Commercial at Yobota, a next generation core banking and Banking as a Service platform. At Channel, Fratiloiu will help establish the company’s embedded finance and digital lending solutions in the SME space.
