ConnectWise ConnectWise has appointed Raghu Ram Bongula as its new Chief Technology Officer. Bongula brings two decades of leadership with a focus on digital/cloud transformation, building new platforms, and modernising legacy platforms. Prior to joining ConnectWise,
Bongula served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Global Payments, where he led a team responsible for building new products and platforms to redefine the future of payment technology solutions. In prior roles, Bongula has led multiple teams responsible for migrating various legacy workloads to cloud, building mobile and web solutions, and delivering APIs and real-time, event-driven solutions for the financial services industry. Bongula has responsibility for setting the technology course for
ConnectWise, leading efforts to build and modernise products and platforms that provide security, flexibility, and scalability, allowing partners to successfully manage operations and deliver services to end users.

appointed Gareth Preece as its new Managed Services Director. Preece will focus on MSP

years of industry experience, Baker has held numerous senior positions throughout his career, including most recently Alliances and Marketing Director at Soſtcat. He was also Director of Product Management for Insight’s
European Leadership Team, managing partnerships across 16 countries. Giacom and Digital Wholesale Solutions (DWS), along with
Union Street, became part of the same group in 2020, bringing together Cloud, Communications and IT solutions. Te group supports more than 5,500 UK channel partners and
the appointment of James is part of its strategy to grow its vendor portfolio and maximise the way products are brought to market. James will play a key role in this business development, ensuring
partners have access to leading vendors to help them grow their businesses, whilst also having access to the best technology for their customers’ continued success.
PPDS PPDS has appointed LED and digital signage sales specialists, Elise Hardouin and Romain Gentile to its management team. Romain becomes
PPDS’ new digital signage key account manager for France and Iberia, with Elise taking the position of LED key account manager for France. Reporting to César Sanz, Sales Director for Iberia and France –
who guided PPDS to record sales of Philips digital signage and its developing LED portfolio in 2021 – Elise and Romain add extensive sales knowledge and experience to the team and will play a key role in further developing PPDS’ ambitious LED and digital signage growth strategy in France, Spain, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar.
