TD Synnex TD Synnex UK and Ireland has appointed Sophia Haywood-Atkinson as business unit director, services. She will be responsible for development
and growth of these offerings and all other aspects of TD Synnex’s services business. Haywood-Atkinson has re-joined the company aſter an 18-
month spell during which she worked at a well-known vendor company. Prior to that she was head of Tech-as-a-Service B2C and trade-in services UK&I at TD Synnex,. In her new role she will be responsible for the management of the services team and the further development and growth of the TD Synnex services portfolio. Haywood-Atkinson is the latest female director-level
appointment at TD Synnex, which is strongly pursuing its diversity, equity and inclusion agenda. She added: “I’m grateful to be coming to an organisation that takes such a positive approach to encouraging and elevating women and giving all its co-workers every opportunity to learn, develop and grow, to be themselves and to be the best they can be.”
Brother UK Greig Millar and Terry Caulfield have been promoted to new roles at Brother UK reporting directly to managing
director Phil Jones. Te posts were created following the retirement of sales and marketing director Andy Forsyth, aſter 11 years with the business and a 40-year long career in business technology. Millar has become chief revenue officer from serving as general
manager for sales as part of a 20-year long career with Brother UK. He will be responsible for leading Brother’s sales team and partner strategy – establishing deeper relationships with reseller partners to mutually drive managed print services (MPS) sales opportunities. Caulfield has moved to chief commercial officer to lead the
vendor’s category management, and specialist printing solutions (SPS) division, having previously held the general manager position for products and solutions. In the role, Caulfield will focus on driving strategic growth in Brother UK’s target verticals across retail, transport and logistics and hospitality.
Darktrace Darktrace has appointed Dan Monahan to the role of senior vice president of its Global Partner Organisation. He will assume responsibility for
Darktrace’s global partner organisation, including channel sales, technology alliances, and strategic partners. He will be responsible for evolving the partner program as well as driving growth with new partners and deepening relationships with existing partners. Monahan joins Darktrace from Cohesity, where he oversaw all aspects of the channel program in North America. He has more than 25 years of experience at technology companies including VMware, where he led strategy for the company’s largest national solution providers and distributors.

SmartCIC SmartCIC has taken on industry veteran Chris Harper as a strategic board advisor. Te appointment enables SmartCIC to land and expand in new markets, engage
a growing international customer base and drive new momentum in its global networking, field services, fixed wireless access, and managed services. Harper started in the 1990s building NEC’s ventures into Eastern
Europe and Sub Sahara Africa, then joined Iaxis at its inception. He was headhunted to Sprint where he grew the team and revenue from zero to staff in every major country in the world and was responsible for a revenue stream of $1.3 Billion USD at its peak. From there, Harper invested in and managed several ventures
that he still sits on the boards of. More recently he helped bring Bell Canada to Europe and in his last role Harper brought year on year double digit growth to Neterra as its chief commercial officer.
Redis Spencer Tuttle has joined Redis as chief revenue officer (CRO). Tuttle will report to Redis CEO, Rowan Trollope, overseeing the company’s global
sales, alliances, and customer success teams with a focus on driving efficient revenue growth. Tuttle will lead Redis’ go-to-market teams with a focus on
solving customer problems with their technology stack, and bringing value to every persona within a Redis customer, from developers, operators and architects, as well as IT leadership, and ultimately their CFO. Tuttle joins Redis from business intelligence analytics company
ToughtSpot, where he served as CRO. In his nearly four years at the company, Tuttle’s leadership helped ToughtSpot grow its revenue, transition to a cloud business model, and expand its operations globally aſter joining to oversee their EMEA division from London.
Celerway Celerway has appointed Hubert Da Costa as chief revenue officer. He will be leading the company’s continued expansion in the US and EMEA and be
responsible for developing Celerway’s go-to-market strategy. Celerway is partnership-led and Da Costa will be instrumental in creating industry partnerships to support the global rollout of Celerway’s advanced connectivity solutions. Mr Da Costa has been making waves in the edge networking
industry aſter establishing Cradlepoint internationally as VP & GM EMEA. He then joined Cybera as SVP & GM EMEA to expand the company’s cloud-based network and application services worldwide, before leading a global partnerships team at Zebra Technologies for nearly two years. Prior to this, Mr Da Costa had a career in the FMCG sector.
