Processing and interpreting this data required a lot of work, but the final results gave the product team a lot of confidence in the project and in the future of the category. The effort the brand puts into technology and innovation in all their product categories (eg, OneToOne custom 3D printed saddles or Powerstrap Aerowave shoe material), explains how fizik works on product and the dedication the team puts into details and seeking perfection.
Now that the fizik helmet range has been in the UK market for a short period, what feedback have you had? Feedback has been really positive, especially around key selling features of the helmets, particularly the dialled-in fit. We’ve seen a split in sales in line with where we expected across the range, which is always a relief and means we have the right stock to support demand. There’s a fairly even split between Kudo and Kudo Aero helmets’ sales volumes, and it seems that, as with fizik’s road shoe range, white remains the most popular colour option.
