We’ve introduced AI-powered search functionality, offering tailored results for each individual user, and launched fully interactive exploded diagrams for Shimano, making it faster and easier to identify and order spares. We also approved a multi-million-pound investment in autonomous mobile robots (AMR) at our distribution centre. This is a transformative project which will dramatically enhance operational performance and efficiency, scheduled to go live in 2026. From an environmental perspective, we’ve made significant strides forward. Our solar panel installation in Milton Keynes generated 430,000 kWh in 2024, with around 60% of that powering our own operations and the surplus fed back into the grid. We are also continually working to reduce packaging waste, and the introduction of AMR will further cut down on materials used in our shipments. There’s still a long road ahead, but we are clear on our direction, taking meaningful steps forward across our brand portfolio and working closely with our third-party partners to help them meet our environmental targets. We have also maintained our commitment to investing in our people. This includes apprenticeships, training,

transitioning sales agents to fully employed Territory Account Managers dedicated to the IBD channel, and strengthening our Product Promoter team. It’s vital that our sales teams, supported by Product Promoters, add real value for our retailers and the feedback we are receiving tells us we are succeeding. At Madison, we’ve always taken responsibility for supporting the sell-through of our brands. The sell-in is only part of the job; we work hard to ensure retailers have the training and tools they need to successfully sell our products. This year marks my 36th year at Madison, and I couldn’t be prouder of the business we’ve built, the fantastic team we have and the relationships we’ve nurtured with our customers and suppliers. Our culture is one of continuous improvement, and we never take our achievements for granted. Winning the BikeBiz P&A Distributor award again last year is something we are extremely proud of, and every award is proudly displayed in our main meeting room. Our goal is long-term, sustainable growth, and to achieve that, you have to be consistent, honest, fair, and always act with integrity. That’s what I and every member of my team work hard to deliver every single day at Madison. 
