Pashley Group Limited has announced the appointment of Andy Smallwood to the role of chief executive officer (CEO), effective June 3, 2024. Smallwood takes with him a passion
for cycling and a wealth of product life cycle, brand development and commercial experience with more than two decades in the cycling industry. He is well known from his roles as managing director of Boardman Bikes and most recently as CEO of Ribble Cycles – where, for more than seven years, he led the business to where the British bike brand is today. Working closely with Pashley chairman Adrian Williams, Smallwood will define the strategic direction for the business and brand, leading the team as the business embarks on its next phase of evolution and growth.

With a wealth of expertise in retail sales,
technical warranty advice, and account management for IBDs, Hancock is well- positioned to drive growth and foster strong relationships with EBCO partners in the region.

Having spent time on both the brand and retailer sides, he adds perspective on brand-retailer partnerships, and his familiarity with the product line, brand, and team will allow him to get up to speed immediately.
