BRANDS
Blinder X is a signifi cant step fpr the brand in completing its portfolio
“But if you take the road less travelled and you go the
alternate path, then Knog is for you.” Overall, the result is striking in comparison to its predecessor. And Davidson feels the same. “It’s taken around six months to get this all together but the results are a dynamic new identity that captures the energy and innovation that drive us to inspire, shock, amuse, and connect with our audience worldwide,” he adds. “I like the fact that we are not trying to reinvent the wheel because it does harken back to what we used to do. It feels exciting again.”
New markets
Alongside Knog’s new visual identity came a host of product releases for both commuters and MTB.
As e-commuting gains global momentum, Knog introduces the E-range — a high-octane lighting solution built on the popular Blinder integrated platform. Engineered for e-bike riders, it features four front lights – 900, 1300, 1800, and 2300 lumens – alongside two rear StVZO-approved rack lights in square and horizontal designs.

Each Blinder E front light is housed in a 6061 aluminium body and a focus/flood beam combination. Fully compatible with all major systems, the Blinder E represents the next evolution in the Blinder ‘See By’ lighting Knog family. Completing the line-up is Knog’s new Blinder X range, the brand’s first true foray into MTB-focused lighting solutions. Featuring 1800 and 2300-lumen light heads, the products are aimed at pedal-powered riders looking for a high- powered option. Paired with a 10,000 mAh battery, these lights offer
extended illumination for long rides. Blinder X includes both bar-mounted and helmet-mounted options, allowing cyclists to mount their lights where they need them most. Like the Blinder E series, Blinder X utilises intentionally designed optics to project light where it’s needed on any terrain.
“The Blinder X is really exciting for us,” adds Davidson. “We haven’t really had too much for the MTB market, but now we have products which we can put into mountain bike stores.
“It’s only taken 20 years, but we have now filled the range. From commuting to road, to mountain biking and gravel.”
