may be new to cycling, particularly in the entry price range of £1,000 - £1,500, we are committed to supporting our dealers in delivering sales and meeting this demand. Our strategic pricing aims to provide excellent value for both retailers and customers. We understand the cash flow challenges faced by our partners and offer a robust and supportive credit facility. This financial flexibility ensures our dealers can maintain stock and meet customer demand without undue financial strain. Our warehouse facility, located just outside Birmingham, is optimally positioned to provide next-day nationwide delivery. With excellent stock holding and infrastructure, we ensure that our dealers receive timely deliveries, helping them serve their customers efficiently.

By focusing on these key areas, we aim to solidify our position in the e-mobility market, support our dealers effectively, and provide outstanding value to our customers. What additions have been made to the portfolio? In April, we were thrilled to announce our partnership with Swytch, the innovative e-bike conversion kit that transforms a mechanical bike into an electric bike. This addition to our portfolio allows us to offer our
dealers access to additional products that meet the growing demand for e-bikes. Our current stock of Swytch kits supports 90% of all bike models and is available nationwide across our dealer network. Meanwhile, our product development team has been
dedicated to enhancing our Claud Butler, Dawes and Falcon brands.
This year, we are excited to launch 12 new bikes, all priced under £1,500. A majority of these new models will feature integrated batteries, combining affordability with advanced technology.
