INSOMNIA GAMING FESTIVAL I72 The Insomnia festival returns for another outing, bringing together the people playing games with the people making them for a celebration of the medium and the culture that surrounds it. At Insomnia 72 there will be panels, esports, a demo exhibition hall and more, and every person that likes video games owes it to themselves to go at least once to check all of that out.

SOUTH PARK: SNOW DAY After a lengthy absence from video games, Stan, Kyle, Cartman, Kenny and the New Kid return in another title from South Park Digital Studios that continues the RPG narrative of South Park: The Stick of Truth and South Park: The Fractured but Whole. This time around the adventure is a 3D co-op game that reminds us vaguely of the Diablo series, and takes place on the most magical day of a child’s life - a day where it is so snowy that they don’t have to go to school. We’re sure it’ll be crass and outlandish, and completely on brand, and we’re looking forward to it.

DRAGON’S DOGMA 2 Hideaki Itsuno (Devil May Cry 5) and Capcom have kept fans waiting nearly 12 years for a follow up to the cult classic action RPG Dragon’s Dogma, but it seems like the new entry won’t disappoint those that have been eagerly waiting for its open world and new quests. In Dragon’s Dogma 2 players will take on the role of a warrior called the Arisen, a hero marked by a dragon they must defeat, and get caught up in a geopolitical conflict as they try to complete tasks and take out monsters with help from the next-generation of the series’ trademark Pawns.
