007 First Light World Premier 21st May – Piccadilly, London


We all dressed to impress on a Tuesday night in May as we headed to BAFTA HQ in Piccadilly for “An evening of cinematic presentation and interactive showcase”.


An early look at the game was followed by Q&As with the dev team from IO Interactive and then the main cast from the game. It turns out that the actor I thought was an American - Steve from The OA and the young Dexter Morgan - is actually an Irish actor (who does VERY convincing accents!)


Patrick Gibson, Lennie James and the rest of the cast then stuck around as we all mingled, enjoying canapes and cocktails, along with some fun on the roulette and blackjack tables.


An elegant and well-executed night that Bond himself would have been proud of!
