SLITHERINE NEXT Slitherine is doing the Nintendo Direct thing and hosting an online event to share updates on its lineup of sci-fi strategy games. The live showcase will feature three new DLCs for Terminator: Dark Fate - Defiance, Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector, and Warhammer 40,000: Gladius. Slitherine will also give a closer look at what’s next for Starship Troopers: Terran Command, Broken Arrow, and other fan favourites. A surprise announcement is planned as well. Viewers can tune in on Twitch, YouTube, or Slitherine’s social channels for the latest game reveals and updates.

ALIEN: ROGUE INCURSION Given the understated success of the recent Romulus movie and the high regard in which the 10-year-old Isolation game is held, there are plenty of reasons to expect the trajectory of the IP to continue upwards before Disney inevitably greenlights the CGI adventures of the Jonesy the cat.
Rather than being endlessly frenetic, the first VR game in the Ripleyverse aims to balance moments of horror with quieter exploration, allowing players to uncover the story while staying on high alert. With AI-driven Xenomorphs inspired by the tactics of Jurassic Park’s raptors, the game aims keeps players tense but avoids overwhelming VR newcomers, crafting a uniquely immersive Alien experience.
