VAMPIRE: THE MASQUERADE - BLOODLINES 2 The highly anticipated and much delayed sequel to the cult-classic Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines promises an immersive RPG experience steeped in rich lore and gothic intrigue. Set in a detailed modern- day Seattle, the game combines political scheming with supernatural drama. Fans of the tabletop RPG will find deep role-playing mechanics, while new players can enjoy its visuals and engaging narrative. Paradox Interactive’s laudable commitment to refining gameplay and storytelling is expected to overcome the development challenges that delayed its release. With a loyal fanbase, renewed interest in vampire lore, and rising demand for narrative-driven games, Bloodlines 2 seems poised for critical and commercial success. Unless yet another delay is foisted upon the gamep, we will soon find out.


BORDERLANDS 4 Borderlands 4 looks to continue the franchise’s winning


formula of chaotic first-person looter-shooting, over- the-top humour, and a striking cel-shaded art style. Building on the massive but diminishing success of its predecessors, the game introduces new Vault Hunters, planets, and weaponry while expanding its arsenal of co-op multiplayer features. Gearbox Software’s decision to enhance endgame content and refine skill trees will likely appeal to hardcore fans and newcomers alike. The franchise’s previous entries, with over 75 million units sold globally, showcase its enduring popularity. The recent movie might suggest the best years are behind it. Regardless, with its unique mix of action and comedy, Borderlands 4 will generate more than a fair share of headlines in 2025.


DOOM: THE DARK AGES Taking the iconic Doom franchise into medieval territory, Doom: The Dark Ages reimagines its brutal combat in a dark fantasy setting. Players wield demonic swords, ancient magic, and crossbows while battling legions of hellish creatures in crumbling castles and eerie forests. The game preserves the fast-paced action of
