We have been seeing a huge demand in plant based products, which all our products are. Post pandemic people are definitely more health conscious. They are interested in what is in their food, and where it comes from. This is why we focus on good quality ingredients and suppliers, and don’t use any preservatives in our products. We don’t believe that fresh bread should be able to sit on a shelf for months!! Of course more recently, with the cost of living crisis,
people want to find value with quality, which can be difficult. The cost of gluten free and allergen free ingredients have always been significantly higher than the wheat alternatives, and we’ve seen costs sky rocket over the past 6 months. With this, we still try to offer value to our customers who use our regular home delivery subscription service and receive 7.5% off.
How do you engage with your customers and digital audience? Historically, we hadn’t been utilising social media as much as we are now. We’ve always had good communication with our customers through newsletters and subscribers, and are always are happy to receive feedback from customers
